It helps to tell us which level (its name or number), which diver you were using, and what your device is.

How do I play?

Drag to aim, let go to dive. Collect enough gold before you run out of dives. Each diver has its own action: touch and hold during a dive to aim it (time slows while you hold), and let go to use it. The ☰ menu has How to Play, with every diver and every hazard you've met so far.

How do I get 3 stars?

Score high. Try different divers: each level has a diver that suits it best. Gear and charms from map chests help too.

I ran out of lives

Lives refill over time. Levels you've already beaten are always free to replay.

Will my progress carry over to a new phone?

Yes, if you save with email. Your progress is backed up online automatically. To take it to another phone, first go to Menu → Account → Save with email on your old phone. Then on the new phone, go to Menu → Account → Sign in with the same email. There's no password: we email you a code.

Without an email, the backup belongs to that one phone, so if you delete the app or lose the phone we can't get your progress back.

Delete my data

In the game, go to Menu → Account → Delete my account. That deletes your name, email, online backup, runs and leaderboard scores for good. Or email us and we'll do it. See the Privacy Policy.
